The firm's reputation for responsiveness, integrity, and professional expertise is recognized by an expanding group of clients. The firm's personnel have extensive experience in employee assistance services, and wellness and health promotion. Each employee is trained at the Masters degree level in the mental health field.

Currently, JRON ASSOCIATES INC. is operating Employee Assistance Programs in response to the 1988 Drug-Free Workplace Act for the Department of Defense. Our responsibilities as an Employee Assistance Contractor include:

  • Consultation for management and policy development
  • Training and consultation for supervisors and managers
  • Diagnostic assessments and evaluations for mental health and substance abuse issues form mployees and their family members.
  • Short-term counseling intervention and referral services.
  • Case management and follow-up.
  • Developing substance abuse educational materials to disseminate among the employee population and their family members.
  • Conducting workshops and training programs for employees and supervisory staff on a variety of mental health issues.
  • Employee Education
  • Information on community resources for mental health and substance abuse issue
  • Seminars on various topics including sexual harassment and AIDS prevention activities and employee /family education
  • Critical Incident Debriefing and crisis intervention counseling conflict resolution.

Employee Assistance Program

  • Fixed Fee Contracts- fees are based on a per employee per year bias regardless of the extent of utilization, number of counseling sessions, face to face counseling requirements, the need for counselors to be available to cover split shifts, and night time staff, cost of materials, administrative costs and profit margin. Employee Assistance Services may be based on site of the employer or off site at our satellite office contingent upon employer/employee needs.
  • Fees for Service -employer contracts directly with JRON ASSOCIATES' Staff specific types of services. Services may be provided at our satellite offices or on site of the employer.
  • Telecounseling services for Long Distance Clients- Fixed Fees based on the number of 1 hour sessions and other supportive services
  • Toll Free Help Line - All employee assistance, mental health, and substance abuse services are provided through 24 hour telephone coverage by qualified Employee Assistance Counselors and Social Workers. Fees are based on the agreed upon services
